Last updated: July 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Velza Training & Consulting (“Velza,” “Velza Academy,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our sites, enroll in a live cohort, or contact us. By using our services you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

How we use information

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our payment processor (Stripe), our video and webinar provider (Zoom), and email or analytics providers, and only as needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose information if required by law or in connection with a business transfer.

Recorded sessions

Live sessions are recorded and shared with enrolled participants as replays. By attending a live session, you consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to appear on camera or in audio, you may keep your camera off and participate through chat.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

Your choices and rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the address below, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Legal bases for processing (EEA and UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on the following legal bases: to perform our contract with you (delivering the cohort you enrolled in and providing support); for our legitimate interests (operating, improving, and securing our services); to comply with legal obligations; and with your consent where required, such as for certain marketing. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Your rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access your personal information; to have it corrected or deleted; to restrict or object to its processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

International data transfers

We are based in the United States, and we and our service providers may process your personal information in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these international transfers.

California residents

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
