These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of live cohorts, courses, and materials offered by Velza Training & Consulting (“Velza,” “Velza Academy,” “we,” “us”). By enrolling or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Velza Academy provides live, cohort-based training and related materials. Our courses are independent educational programs. They are exam preparation only and are not the certification exams themselves.
Velza Academy is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, NVIDIA, Salesforce, IAPP, or any other certification body. All product names, trademarks, and certification names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Certification exams are administered by third parties under their own rules, fees, and eligibility requirements, which can change at any time. Meeting those requirements, registering, and paying any exam fee is your responsibility. Enrolling in a Velza Academy cohort does not register you for, pay for, or guarantee eligibility to take any certification exam.
Prices, cohort dates, and any early bird or promotional pricing are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). You are responsible for providing accurate information and for any applicable taxes.
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of the start of the first live session of your cohort. After that window, fees are non-refundable. To request a refund, email [email protected] within that window. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
We do not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam or achieve any particular outcome. Results depend on many factors, including your own preparation and the policies of the certifying body.
Course materials, recordings, and content are owned by Velza or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not record, copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share the materials or live sessions without our written permission. You agree to use our services lawfully and not to disrupt sessions or other participants.
We use third-party services such as Zoom for live sessions and Stripe for payments. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velza will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable cohort.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
